Show the full elevation
From a safe ground-level position, show the wall, roof edge, openings and the damaged area. Include an adjacent corner where possible so the height and access are understandable.
Add interior context
If water appears inside, photograph the whole room area and the stain. Explain which exterior wall is nearby. Do not climb a roof or remove cladding to obtain pictures.
Describe timing
Note whether the leak follows every rain, wind-driven rain or another event. Mention earlier sealant, window or roof work without treating it as a confirmed cause.
Keep reports private
Send inspection reports and property details directly to AWC using an agreed contact method. Public comments are not the right place for tenant information or full property records.
